When Kev and I started going out, he told me his parents gave him a crockpot. One of the first things we cooked with it was crockpot ribs...we used BBQ sauce and we also tried honey garlic sauce, which was delicious...the ribs were fall off the bones, but we didn't like the texture of slowcooked meat. So Kev decided to try the recipe on the bottle and we've been making ribs this way ever since. I have to admit that this dish is really easy because we used prepared sauce rather making it from scratch. This is a "I have time but am too lazy to cook" recipe, because it's super easy to make, just takes a while to have on the table.

Rach of ribs, cut into indivual ribs
1 Jar of VH Honey Garlic
- Put ribs in a big pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and turn down to a simmer. Simmer for 40-60 min, depending on how many ribs you have.
- Drain and set aside. Boil jar of sauce in the pot you used. Add cooked ribs and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Turn constantly to cover ribs with sauce. If you have a lot of ribs, you use 2 jars.
Kev and I love these ribs. They are even better the next day when the sauce marinates the meat. I usually serve these with homemade potato wedges or mashed potatoes.
