Things I want to eventually try making

I always knew I loved to eat delicious food, but I never knew I liked baking. I don't have an enormous sweet tooth, so it helps that my co-workers are. My old blog used to be about random things that happen to me or things that I have observed. But now with a beautiful kitchen with lots of counter space at the condo i share with Kev, I like to experiment and blog about my kitchen experiments. I don't get to bake as often as I want to, because Kevin will say I spend too much time on baking. I've been looking at different recipes and here are a few things i'd liked to make in the future...

- cinnamon buns
- cupcakes (2nd attempt, 1 st attempt not successful due to lack of mixer)
- two-bite brownies
- Tiramisu cups
- Cream-Cheese Lemon cookies
- Butter Chicken
- Checker board cookies
- Strawberry Shortcake
- Creme Brulée
- Black and White Cookies

I picked up a catalogue for cooking classes at our local loblaws. I think Kev and I are planning on taking the basic sushi class. It's $30 for a 2 hour hands-on class. In late November, i'll probably take the Season Sweets class with Rachelle. I persuaded her to come to the west island and spend the night at our place to take the mid-week class. :)
